By creating an account or using WP Assist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
WP Assist is intended for use by WordPress site owners. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate permission to connect and manage any WordPress site via the service.
3. Free plan
The free plan allows connection of one WordPress site with full access to core features. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use WP Assist to access WordPress sites without authorisation, to violate any applicable laws, or to interfere with the service's infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Intellectual property
WP Assist and its content (excluding your data) remain the intellectual property of WP Assist Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the platform without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
WP Assist is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of the platform. Always maintain your own backups of client WordPress sites.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
